Management Team

Nkoregamba joined CSFS in 2009. Prior to this, Nkoregamba was the Chief Executive Officer of the Nairobi Stock Exchange Limited ("NSE"). During his 4 years at the helm of the NSE, Nkoregamba oversaw the largest expansion in the history of the 52 year old bourse which culminated in a record breaking 2006 and was also responsible for the successful implementation of the Automated Trading System (ATS).

Nkoregamba has extensive experience in the financial services sector in the East African Region. His experience transcends the banking industry, investment management services industry and the securities industry in the East Africa Region.

Nkoregamba has an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management.

Karen joined CSFS in April 2009 from CfC Stanbic Bank where she worked as the Area Operations Manager and more recently as the Head of Custodial Services. Prior to that, she worked with Citi Bank Kenya in various capacities within the operations department. With 10 years banking experience, Karen brings on board a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm.

Karen is an MBA holder from RMIT University in Australia and a BSC in International Business Administration (first class honors) from USIU.

Patrick joined CSFS in 2000. Prior to this, he was an accountant in CfC Bank. With over a decade's experience in the industry, his expertise spans relationship management across high net-worth individuals and institutional client segments, both foreign and local.

Currently, Patrick is responsible for providing leadership and development to the retail sales team, focused on transforming the business into a benchmark for the brokerage industry in the region. Over the years, Patrick has been instrumental in CSFS' participation as sponsoring broker in various Capital Markets initiatives for different companies including company listings on the Nairobi Stock Exchange.

Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Egerton University and a CPA qualification from Strathmore College, Nairobi.

John joined CSFS in 2007 under the role of Head of Finance. John has extensive experience in the financial services industry as an Auditor, Accountant and Banker. Prior to joining the company he was in the Corporate Banking division of CfC Bank.

John is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and a graduate of Kenyatta University and is completing an MBA from University of Nairobi.

Lillian joined CSFS in 2009 from the Nairobi Stock Exchange as the company's head of legal and compliance. Her primary mandate is to ensure CSFS compliance with industry regulations and the high standards of the Standard Bank Group as well as provide legal advise to the Company.

Lillian is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries. She holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and an LLM in International Economic Law from University of Warwick.

Angela joined CSFS in 2008. In her role as Head of Customer Experience, Angela provides leadership and development to all Customer Service teams in CSFS to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled and motivated to make every customer experience in our business memorable. Prior to that, her experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Old Mutual Asset Managers has been the cornerstone of her career in the service industry where she has specialized in sales and client relationship, communications and project management.

Angela holds an MBA in Marketing, Postgrad Dip CIM (UK), Delf A:2 Alliance Francaise, B.Ed (Arts).

Catherine joined CSFS in 2009 and oversees the local and offshore institutional investor client base, as well as the equity and debt capital markets business such as sponsoring of issues, placement of issues and book running. Prior to joining the team, Catherine worked for Bank of America, Maryland, USA and has a vast experience in sales and relationship management.

Catherine holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Baltimore.

Evalyne joined CSFS in 2010. Prior to this she was the business development manager at Amana Capital Limited.

Evalyne has extensive experience in the financial services sector in Kenya that transcends banking, insurance and the investment / Fund management industry in Kenya.

Currently Evalyne oversees the Retail Mass Market client base with the focus of offering an efficient, reliable and a secure trading environment

Evalyne holds a bachelor of commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Nairobi, CPA Qualification from Strathmore university and currently pursuing a CFA qualification.
